We offer FREE Shipping on orders over £50! To qualify, your order merchandise total just has to be over £50 after your extra savings are applied. Haven’t got £50 in your basket? Check out using our alternative delivery methods for £4.99 or £7.99 on UK standard delivery option.

It will take 1-3 business days to process your order after confirmation, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery, even if your shipping is upgraded to express. We do NOT ship orders the same day. Please allow up to 3 business days for orders to process (for example, if you order on Monday, your order should ship out on Tuesday or Wednesday). You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours to receive this shipping confirmation e-mail. We cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by the carrier.

Kindly note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing by an additional 1-3 business days. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.

Your package may or may not require a signature. Most packages are delivered to the mailbox or front door of the address provided, however, it is up to the delivery courier to decide if the package is safe being left in the open. If they deem it unsafe, they will hold the package at a local post office or re-schedule another delivery. Our best recommendation is to input a shipping address where you know your or someone else will be available to accept the package (a work address or a friend’s address).

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped, please email shop@vitashopsupplements.co.uk. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line “CANCEL”.

 

I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!

If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at shop@vitashopsupplements.co.uk. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.

 

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED 

We do ship every item with double boxes, extra padding, and foam. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment. Please, always refuse the package if you see damage on it and file a complaint with the courier directly! It will be re-shipped back to us and we will happily re-ship another one. If you do accept the package, we won’t be able to help you.

    – Your order number.
    – A picture of the damaged package/product.
 
Once received at our office, we’ll be happy to send out another free of charge.

The depending volume of orders we are receiving, your shipment may take longer than usual. Rest assured, we are working hard to get everything out ASAP. We know it may be frustrating to wait longer than expected for your order, but the one thing we don’t want to do is a sacrifice is the quality of our products. Thanks for understanding.

 

Changes Request

If you need to make changes to your order, please email us within 1 hour of placing your order and we will be happy to make the required changes. Unfortunately, if your order has already been shipped we will not be able to change it, unfortunately. Please make sure to check you have selected the right size and color to avoid disappointment.

**Please note that all cancellations are subject to a 20% cancellation and restocking fee, because we immediately begin our fulfillment process.**
